What Is Your Age Group?
Auskick – for kids aged between 5 and Under 8 years old.
Juniors – Under 9’s, Under 10’s, Under 11’s, Under 12’s
Youth – Under 13’s, Under 14’s, Under 15’s, Under 17’s
Girls – Under 10s, Under 12’s, Under 14’s, Under 16s, Under 18’s
Playing Age/Team Numbers
Is simply based on the age the player is turning in any given year.
Example, if you are turning 11 in 2022 (1st Jan – 31st Dec), the lowest age group you can play is Under 11s.
We encourage Bombers players to participate in their correct age group. However, we will consider exceptions for friendship, family, team make up and for highly skilled players.
Some age groups have larger player numbers than others. As a result, we’ll field multiple teams in that age group.
As a club, we promote participation through fun, friends and development.
If there are multiple teams in any junior age, we will always try to accommodate friendships within teams. It’s also a priority of our club to strive for evenness of player numbers and ability, across all same age junior teams.

The Miranda Bombers are a junior Australian Rules football club, located in the Sutherland Shire NSW. Our home ground and club house is situated at Lincoln Oval (Waratah Oval No. 4) Rawson Avenue, Sutherland.
